60% Cabernet Sauvignon/40% dry-farmed Grenache, from Guadalupe Valley. The grapes were hand harvested and processed artisanally with a hand-cranked destemmer. This wine was fermented using traditional open vat fermentation and aged 18 months in second use French and neutral barrels. Only 100 cases of this vintage were produced.
50% Grenache from the San Vicente Valley blended with touches of Syrah, Mourvédre (Monastrell), Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon all hand harvested from the Guadalupe Valley. This wine has only eight months in neutral barrels to preserve the freshness and vitality of the fruit. Flavorful and approachable, 50 Shades of Red is our people pleaser for every occasion.
Our juicy rosé is 100% old vine Grenache, harvested by hand from one of our favorite vineyards in Valle de la Grulla, south of Ensenada. The grapes are cold stabilized and then slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine’s vitality and freshness. Seductive, vibrant, and a little dangerous, our mischievous girl keeps you coming back for more.
