Our expressive Chardonnay with luscious fruit aromas was barrel fermented and aged in 500-liter American oak puncheons. All the fruit was hand harvested from the nearby valley of San Vicente. Whole clusters were pressed on a cool August morning and fermented slowly to maintain the wine’s intoxicating fruit aromas. This Pampered Girl was lovingly attended and indulged while in barrel, creating a one-of-a-kind sensory experience ripe with provocative fruit and just enough toasted coconut to seduce.
